Office, public space and entrance lobby refurbishment for ELMA OJSC

Int-Ext Company has completed the refurbishment of an office of 416 m², public spaces and entrance lobby for ELMA OJSC.

Within two months our company has completed the following works:

floor screeding;
plasterboard partitions installation;
installation of plasterboard suspended ceiling and “Armstrong” ceilings;
cutting supplementary window openings;
installation of new window units, window-sills and weatherings, including finishing of reveals;
installation of protective casings for split system outdoor units;
spackling and painting walls and ceilings;
installation of office partitions of glass and plasterboard covered with vinyl;
self-leveling floor installation;
installing carpet tiles, linoleum and skirtings;
installation of stainless steel railings and stoop enclosures;
entrance lobby fit out;
design and installation of electric power supply system;
installation of structured cabling system;
performing plumbing works;
installation of access control system.
