Turnkey fit-out of Avtomir central office
We are glad to announce that Int-Ext has completed the fit-out of Avtomir central office of over 3000m2.
The premises are located at the 9th floor of the Setun Plaza business centre at Gorbunova str., 2, bld.204, Moscow. In six months we have fulfilled:
- complex working design;
- approvals with the building’s facility management company;
- dismantling and mobilization works, temporary power supply;
- screeding and self-levelling floors;
- building gypsum board partitions;
- plastering, spackling and painting works;
- installation of immobile glass partitions and foldable partitions;
- building a reinforced cash operating unit;
- installation of different kinds of doors;
- assembling Armstrong suspended ceilings;
- installation of floorings and skirtings;
- electrical installation;
- installation of a structured cabling system;
- HVAC system installation;
- refitting the heating system;
- plumbing works;
- testing, balancing and commissioning.
