The internal layout
To date, class B offices are the most demanded, due to best price/quality ratio. Such office premises are cheaper than those of Class A, but not critically inferior to them in comfort.
Generally, class B offices are located in buildings with at least a small private parking, reception desk, security post, a video monitoring system. The premises layout varies from open-space (popular because of its spaciousness) up to a classic corridor and cabinet style. As a rule, there are provided meeting rooms, places for meal and rest.
