Turnkey fit-out for Avtomir Group central office.

A total of six months took the design and fit-out of the site with total area of over 3000m2. The first step was drafting of design by Int-Ext Company approved then with the facility management company of the Business Center. In view of the tight deadlines, part of the work was carried out in parallel with developing the design and its approval.

At the end of demolition and preparatory work we laid the screed. Then, installation of plasterboard partitions and engineering system lines (power system, structured cabling system, ventilation and air conditioning systems, water supply and sewerage) was made, and reinforced strong room was installed.

At the final stage our team carried out painting and self-leveling of floors, laid flooring, installed office partitions and doors, suspended ceilings.

Work handover was done zone by zone. At the completion of the main part of the project Int-Ext carried out a whole set of commissioning and balancing works.
