Turnkey fit-out
As part of cooperation with Moscow representation of Geberit International Sales AG, Int-Ext Company performed a full range of fit-out works in the office space with total area of 700 m2, including:
- preparation of detailed architectural and engineering design;
- leveling of floors and installation of floor coverings, that is linoleum and ceramic tiles;
- fit-out of walls, installation of wall panels, plastering and painting;
- installation of plasterboard, glass and movable partitions, doors;
- installation of ventilation system and its start-up;
- installation of power supply and lighting;
- installation of structured cabling system;
- installation of cooling VRV-based system;
- Installation of water supply and sewage systems;
- installation of fire safety systems.
Additionally, in the training room the ceiling and located thereon air ducts, trays, pipes and steel structures were painted by airbrush. A podium was also installed and fitted out with wood.
