Int-Ext Company carried out roof repair of the industrial warehouse complex with total area of 1000 m2 ordered by IKEA TORG LLC. Having identified the condition of the damaged section of roof covering, we started with removing the old waterproofing membrane and the upper layer of insulation, which completely lost their protective qualities. After that more rigid nonflammable insulation material was laid to avoid too much pressing of the roof by maintenance staff when walking on it. In the final phase of refurbishment works membrane covering was repaired in compliance with all technology requirements and meeting the modern standards. As a result, leakage was stopped and the functionality of the roof of the building was completely restored.
