Works performed

IKS LLC office fit out involved a full range of civil and engineering works. The refurbishment started with floor screeding, followed by installation of plasterboard partitions. In the toilets we used floor and wall ceramic tiles. In the workspace we laid carpet tiles and installed skirtings, levelled and painted walls, installed Grilliato suspended ceilings and faced the columns with veneered panels. We installed floor ceramic granite tiles and plasterboard ceilings in the corridors. We also installed glass and wooden doors in all the office premises.

Int-Ext staff carried out installation of all required engineering systems: electric lighting and power supply, ventilation and air conditioning, sewerage and water supply, CCTV and access control, fire alarm, public address and fire extinguishing systems. We also installed a structured cabling system and a leak detection system.

At the final stage we performed commissioning and balancing works and prepared the as-built documentation. As a result, in just 3 months the office was fully fitted out and delivered for rent.
