Fulfilling the order by Yam! Rush Restaurants International Ai Si Es our company performed turnkey fit-out of KFC restaurant taking into account the functional purpose of the premises. At the preparatory stage the old fit-out and MEP systems were dismantled. Then installation of floor screed and new engineering systems was made in full compliance with the requirements of catering establishments.

Within the scope of the work the premises were split into zones with plasterboard partitions, followed by installation of suspended ceilings. Then our team carried out plastering and painting works, tiling of the walls and floor. Special anti-slip tiles were chosen for floor covering.

The subsequent works included installation of new doors and window systems and the bar desk frame, equipped with electric drive roller shutters. Shelves were mounted in the kitchen area and racks were installed in the warehouse area.

The last stage, following the main part of the fit-out works, was installation of sanitary ware and technological equipment.
