Design and fit-out of the office of a large Chinese corporation
Int-Ext construction company has completed the design and fit-out of the office of a large Chinese corporation in a detached mansion near the Tsvetnoy Boulevard metro station.
The list of fulfilled work included:
- Architectural design and engineering systems design;
- Complete dismantling of the old finish;
- The construction of partitions;
- Plastering and painting;
- Laying of floor carpet tiles and laminate;
- Laying of porcelain and ceramic tiles;
- Installation of suspended ceilings;
- Installation of wooden and metal doors;
- Installation of a supply and exhaust ventilation system;
- Installation of VRF air conditioning systems;
- Modernization of the power supply system;
- Laying a new structured cabling system;
- Replacement of pipelines and sanitary ware;
- Installation of fire safety systems;
- Repair of the facade and entrance groups, spot repair of the roof;
- Complete replacement of windows, installation of blinds;
- Supply and assembly of furniture;
- Obtaining new BTI plans.
