Interior fit-out of Jaquar World show room
SK Int-Ext LLC has completed the interior fit-out of Jaquar World show room at 85 Leninsky Prospekt, Moscow. The project features an interesting interior design and unusual decorative elements.
Our scope of work included:
- Adaptation of the Italian design project by Danelon Meroni to Russian standards;
- Design of internal engineering systems;
- Levelling of floors and walls;
- Installation of plasterboard and glass partitions and railings;
- Laying floor porcelain tiles with size up to 120x240cm;
- Laying wall ceramic tiles;
- Laying laminate flooring, installation of MDF skirting boards;
- Installation of plasterboard suspended ceilings;
- Painting and plastering;
- Installation of wooden, steel and glass doors;
- Installation of decorative pillars with brass coating;
- Installation of supply and exhaust ventilation system;
- Installation of a VRF air conditioning system;
- Installation of a power supply and lighting system;
- Installation of a structured cabling system;
- Installation of fire safety systems;
- Installation of water supply and sewage systems;
- Installation of sanitary ware and accessories;
- Installation of a CCTV system;
- Installation of a background music playback system;
- Installation of video panels for displaying advertising materials;
- External repair of the facade and entrance groups.
