Int-Ext Company performed refurbishment works in the S-Instruments JSC office, which consisted of two big stages.

First, in the preliminary stage, the raised floors were leveled, and in the areas with a concrete floor screed repair was done. At the same time a full range of plumbing works was being carried out, aimed at improvement of water supply and sewage, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The power supply system was upgraded too. All works were carried out meeting the modern building standards requirements.

The following step was complete interior refreshment. New floor covering was laid, wall tiles were installed in bathrooms and comprehensive painting and plastering works were done.

All materials used in the process of work were safe and sustainable, as confirmed by the relevant quality certificates.
